Well,  it is not good to easily say a number to be an MOQ,  actually, we don’t want to fix a MOQ to reject some customers who are willing to start. However, some processes do cost a fee whatever the quantity bigger or smaller.  If you are willing to covering those costs with us together,  we are willing to start with a lower quantity.

 Yes. We provide samples for custom printed products before ordering, Samples are intended to be for businesses trying to determine if it works, it is not to be requested for general use.

There are 3 options for samples.

1. samples of our current frames are available for you to check the material and quality.
2. Pre-production samples (prototype sample) with your artwork. The color and quantity are as good as the final products.
3. Digital printed samples uncut sheet with your artwork for checking the contents.

Pricing varies since they are custom packaging boxes and surprising gifts. But We are always looking for better deals from our material suppliers or improvement from machines , to offer better price , in turn, we can be cost effective for our customers and stay competitive in the market. Whenever possible we pass our savings on to you, through lower pricing.

For those items like christmas countdown calendar, there are kinds of filling inside as gifts such as cute stationery, toy, will need different testing like MSDS, EN71. most of them available as well.  And Factory audit has BSCI, Disney Fama. If there is any specially audit. we are open to cooperate

Once the products with quality defect are sent to customers, we need to spend 10 times greater cost to solve the problem. 

We take every claim as an opportunity to review all the sections which may affect our quality, such as production, design, packing, inspection, and shipping. We are constantly working on better procedures and aways try to pay attention to those detials.                                In order not to lose the market share and our clients’s support, We always compensate out client if there is a claim as long as the quality defect is caused by our mistakes. such as production or packing.For sure we will not run away from our own responsibility.
